It’s that time again: 18 motivated trainees will start at the Montanhydraulik Group on 1 August and become part of an employee-friendly and future-oriented company that not only relies on innovative technologies, but also places great value on personal development and long-term prospects.
We are very happy about our new trainees,’ says Jens Ennen (CEO). Our aim is not only to offer them first-class training, but also to develop their personalities. It is important to us that they feel comfortable with us and can develop their strengths. With today’s start of training, we are offering 18 young people the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The 18 trainees, aged between 16 and 29, are learning industrial professions such as industrial and cutting machine operators and mechatronics technicians at our Holzwickede, Hamm, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen sites. At the headquarters in Holzwickede, industrial clerks and Bachelor of Engineering students specialising in ‘Mechanical Engineering & Digital Technologies’ are also being trained. A total of around 52 young people are currently undergoing training at the Montanhydraulik Group.
The company attaches great importance to offering young people an excellent basis for their professional future. This includes not only the completion of vocational training, but also the opportunity for professional development and permanent employment in the company.
The Montanhydraulik Group is looking forward to breaking new ground together with the 18 committed young people. We are convinced that our investment in the next generation of skilled workers will not only benefit our company, but the entire industry,’ adds Josef Mertens (CFO).
New apprenticeships will be advertised for the 2025 training year from 15 August 2024. Interested parties can look forward to an exciting and future-proof apprenticeship at Montanhydraulik GmbH.
