With ten locations worldwide, the Montanhydraulik Group combines international presence with local manufacturing excellence. Each of our locations is set up to independently cover the entire manufacturing process of hydraulic cylinders. The high depth of value creation enables us to respond flexibly to customer requirements and deliver the highest quality from a single source.
The special strength of our group lies in the intelligent networking of our production capacities. By being able to shift manufacturing needs between locations, we can optimally manage capacities and respond efficiently to changing market demands. This "Local-for-Local" and "Local-for-Global" principle ensures that we are positioned both regionally and internationally with short delivery times, high availability, and maximum flexibility.
Another central component of our manufacturing network is the in-house galvanizing at the Werl plant, which complements the group's manufacturing offering with high-quality coatings. This allows us to chrome even our largest cylinders with lengths of more than 20 meters directly in-house.
Our production network is rounded off by our repair and service network, which ensures high availability and reliability of hydraulic systems. Through targeted repairs, we help minimize downtime for our customers, maximize the lifespan of components, and use resources efficiently.
