
Montanhydraulik welcomes 22 new trainees

On September 1, 2025, 22 motivated apprentices will begin their professional careers at the Montanhydraulik Group. In doing so, they are laying the foundation for their future in a company that stands not only for innovative technologies but also for personal development and long-term career opportunities.
“Training young people is a central priority for us. By investing in the next generation of skilled professionals, we are not only securing the future of our company but also contributing to the entire industry,” explains Jens Ennen, CEO.
The new trainees will start at the Holzwickede, Hamm, Gelsenkirchen, and Dortmund locations in a variety of technical and commercial professions as well as dual study programs – from machining technicians and mechatronics specialists to industrial clerks, technical product designers, and Bachelor of Engineering students. In total, around 64 young people are currently in training at the Montanhydraulik Group.
