On 01.08.2018 a total of seventeen trainees started their careers at Montanhydraulik GmbH. Dr. Ralf Becker (CEO) and other representatives of the company welcomed the new trainees at a ceremony at the company’s headquarters in Holzwickede. The opportunity was also taken to underline the importance of vocational training. At Montanhydraulik, the young trainees benefit from a modern and exciting vocational training and thus create a good basis for their further professional life.
As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems, Montanhydraulik deliberately relies on qualified young people from within the company, because maintaining competitiveness depends very much on the know-how and skills of its employees.
This year, fourteen apprentices at the Holzwickede, Hamm and Gelsenkirchen sites are learning the industrial professions of industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator and System mechanic as well as mechatronics technician. In addition, two junior employees are being trained as industrial clerks in the administration in Holzwickede and one trainee as a Bachelor of Engineering in the technical area.
The high quality of training at Montanhydraulik can be seen in the good annual examination results of the graduates. During the training it is important to impart technical knowledge and to promote social skills such as fairness, communication skills and the ability to work in a team. When the new trainees joined the company, 59 trainees were currently employed.
