In the onshore and offshore segment, in harbours and on the high seas, machines and structures are often exposed to aggressive, salty and corrosive environments. Our numerous cylinder applications in the onshore and offshore sector, our hydraulic systems and lifting systems for construction ships are designed for these operating conditions.
Jack-up rigs and construction ships which lift enormous loads and require secure footing in water depths of up to 50 m for this are used, e.g. for the construction of wind farms. Here the requirements for the hydraulics are particularly demanding. Germany alone is planning the installation of offshore wind farms with a capacity of around 25,000 MW by 2030. This requires complex technologies and equipment which make the demanding deployments on the high seas possible in the first place.
The profound know-how from mobile crane construction and the worldwide experience from civil engineering construction make Montanhydraulik one of the most expert partners in this market. Together with our Dutch subsidiary Muns Techniek B.V., we develop and manufacture complete hydraulic solutions, from aggregates to control systems and software, to corrosion-resistant hydraulic cylinders.
Furthermore, Montanhydraulik develops and produces hydraulic components for mobile harbour cranes and ship cranes, which can be used flexible and which are designed for different applications. Starting with the container handling right up to the container-, bulk material- and general cargo transport.
All designs of components and systems are created in compliance with the legal requirements in the country of installation and with the required protection categories.
