This year, the annual Global Sales Conference of the Montanhydraulik Group took place for the fourth time already, from 18 to 21 November 2019, at its site in Holzwickede. In addition to the employees of Montanhydraulik GmbH and the German subsidiaries Montanhydraulik Reparatur & Service and Harry à Wengen, employees of the international subsidiaries from the USA, Canada, India and Italy were also present. The colleagues from HYCO in Canada and the USA, the companies belonging to the group since 2017 and youngest members of the Montanhydraulik Group, were able to participate in the event for the third time.
The conference was opened on Monday with an evening event and a short speech by the management. A total of 60 international participants took the opportunity to intensify their international and transcontinental exchange and to discuss the challenges of the future. During the next few days, these discussions were further intensified in presentations, workshops and round tables, in order to prepare for future developments, challenges and changes in the global markets.
In addition to an even greater intensification of cross-border cooperation, the experience and expertise of the conference topics were also passed on to colleagues. Overall, the fourth Global Sales Conference was the most successful one in the company’s history to date.
